Court Rules
- The Legacy
Park tennis facilities are for the use of homeowner
residents and their guests only. Non-residents players
who are on a Legacy Park team may take lessons from
the designated pro during the same season only.
- Courts are for tennis use ONLY. NO cycles, skateboards, roller blades, pets, or anything else that might be damaging to the court surface is permitted.
- Children who are not playing tennis are not allowed on the tennis courts. Recently, we've observed a lot of chalk drawings on the courts. Please, this is not a canvas, or a place for children to play with their sand.
- No animals on the courts. This is not a kennel. Even if your pet is a "family member", they need to be outside the courts.
- Proper tennis shoes and attire are required. (see Attire)
- Foul language is prohibited. This is Tennis, not the WWF.
- Proper etiquette is required. (see Etiquette)
- Tennis lessons of more than three are to be given by the designated pro only.
- No chairs allowed on the courts other than HOA or Committee purchased.
- Anyone caught maliciously damaging any of the court facilities will be held responsible for repairs.
- Court #1 shall be designated the Walk-on court. No prior reservations accepted. Sign up at the time you arrive. Play will be limited to one and one half-hour when other players are waiting to play.
- Courts may be reserved at the tennis kiosk. Members may reserve courts for up to two hours per day with the exception of the Walk-on court.
- All beverages are to be in non-breakable containers.
- Pick up trash and place in proper receptacles.
- Failure to show up for your reservation within 10 minutes constitutes relinquishment.
